INGREDIENTS
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 2 eggs
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 1 cup cheddar cheese
 - 1 cup bacon cooked and chopped
 - salsa or sour cream for serving optional
 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425F degrees. Set aside a large baking sheet. If you haven't cooked the bacon already, get it started now.
 - Flour a large work surface and roll out pizza dough to about 18 inches across. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
 - In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Pour over pizza dough. Cover with cooked bacon and cheddar cheese.
 - Bake for 15 minutes until bubbling. Serve warm with optional sauces. Enjoy!
