Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/4 C flour
- 1/3 C dry vanilla pudding
- 1 C water
- 1/3 C oil
- 1/4 C mayo
- 1 tsp maple extract
- 4 eggs
- 8 strips of Candied Bacon diced
Instructions
- Mix the cake mix, flour and pudding and mix
- Add the water. oil, mayo and extract and beat
- Add the eggs and beat until smooth, about 2 mins on medium
- Add the dice bacon and mix until just combined
- Scoop into 24 paper lined muffin tins
- Bake at 350 for 15 mins, or until cooked through
